You Do Not have to Open The Door
If an ICE agent comes to your door, you do not have to open it. Under your Constitutional Fourth Amendment right, they are not permitted entry if they do not have a warrant signed by a judge.

You Do Not have to Provide Any Personal Information
You do not have to provide any personal information, such as your name or address to an ICE agent. Anything you do or say can be used against you in a court of law.

You can Ask Them To Leave
If an ICE agent that does not provide a warrant signed by a judge has entered your home, you can tell them that you do not consent to a search, and ask them to leave.

You Do Not Have To Provide Documentation
You do not have to sign anything or provide any documentation. You should speak to a lawyer before doing so.

If an ICE agent approaches you, you do not have to speak to them. You have the right under the Fifth Amendment to remain silent.
